Shipping Policy
Simayof is pleased to offer the option of FREE shipping on every order.
We take extra care to ensure your gift of fine jewelry arrives quickly and securely. All orders are shipped fully insured through Federal Express and can be tracked during transit.
Determining Delivery
The product detail page includes a "Shipment Details" section that provides the estimated number of days or weeks it will take before an item is shipped. Please note that delivery days refer to actual business days, as we do not process orders over the weekend. All orders received before noon Pacific Standard Time will be processed the same business day. For an additional charge of $12.50, overnight shipping for Saturday delivery is available.
Once your order has been processed and payment is confirmed, it will be shipped according to the form of delivery you choose:
Shipping Details
Your items will arrive securely packaged in an elegant Simayof gift box. Our signature blue and gold leatherette case is lined with soft, luxurious beige suede. You'll also receive a complimentary jewelry cleaner kit.
In addition, each shipment includes the following:
1. A detailed invoice
2. The original diamond certificate by the GIA, EGL, AGS, or IGI (if applicable)
3. A computerized appraisal for insurance purchases on all items over $500. (During
checkout, you have the option to request an appraisal for items valued at less than $500.)
Tracking your order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Federal Express tracking number via e-mail.
Important Shipping Information
All deliveries must be made to a street address. Federal Express will not ship to a P.O. Box. Please make sure that a resident of the ship-to address is at home to receive the package. An adult signature is required.
For security reasons, please make sure to remove any release signatures on file with Federal Express. A release signature authorizes Federal Express to leave packages outside of the designated residence if no one is available to sign for the delivery. Simayof is NOT responsible for loss, theft or damage to items left unattended outside your residence.
Shipping to a different address (other than your billing address)
There's nothing better than surprising that special someone with the gift of fine jewelry. If you'd like to keep your purchase a secret, we'd be happy to help you by shipping your order to a destination other than your billing address.
For your own protection against credit card theft and/or fraud, Simayof must contact the issuing bank or credit card company to verify your address. Before placing your order, be sure to contact your issuing bank or credit card company to ensure that they have your alternate address on file. We cannot process your order until we have verified this information.
Gift Shipments
If the item you purchase is a gift, we'd be happy to send it directly to the recipient. Simply call Customer Service at 1-800-720-1105 or send an e-mail to service@simayof.com. Be prepared to provide the following information:
1. Your e-mail address
2. Your phone number
3. The full name and shipping address of the recipient
One Last Note
Custom orders, out-of-stock items or engraved pieces may take longer to ship than what appears under the "Shipment Details" section. If the item you ordered is delayed for any of these reasons, we will send you an e-mail with a new estimated ship date.
